Cocoa liquor
The beans are cleaned, roasted, crushed and then stripped of their skins and hulls in order to obtain crane.
This crane is then crushed to obtain a liquid paste called cocoa mass or liquor.

Cocoa butter
Cocoa butter is obtained by hot pressing of the mass or liquor. The residue obtained is used to make cocoa powder.
